Some notes about the country:
The Federal Republic of Mexico is the biggest country in Central America. Its economy, based on extensive agriculture, has caused enormous social inequality.
A long dictatorship at the end of the 19th Century brought the country to an excessive opening to foreign capital, to be more precise, the country became economically dependent on the United States and continues to be to this day.
This situation, together with the claim of the land on the part of the farmers, brought about a revolution in the first years of 1900.
The city of Morelia was founded in 1541, it is situated in the Mexican plateau at about an altitude of 1900 m., and is the capital of the state of Michoacan, in western Mexico.
